145,200 potential buyers registered in the fourth quarter of 2023 nationwide, 21.7% more than in 2022. They fought for 116,600 residential properties (houses, apartments), 25.2% less than in 2022 when 155,800 properties were available, according to specialist portals.

Why do some customers want a house and others want an apartment?

It is not so much a matter of taste, but rather of how the future owners plan their lives and what relationship they have with nature. Both categories know very well what they want and why they are oriented towards a certain typology.
