The new house program provides financing in lei for the purchase of a single home, and the amounts that beneficiaries can enjoy reach up to 119,000 euros. As for the conditions, they remain similar to previous years, in the sense that an applicant must not own a property larger than 50 square meters, alone or together with a co-applicant or guarantor, and must not have purchased a property through the new program House. The maximum loan amount available is 66,500 euros for homes priced below 70,000 euros, with a 5% down payment requirement.
